TOEIC の対策問題をやっていたらこんな例文が。

(A)~(D) の中で間違っているものを選びなさい。

The most common reason (A) to the failure (B) of corporate mergers is (C) underestimating the difficulty of (D) successful post-merger integration in the different corporate culture.

なんてタイムリー。

ちなみに答えは (A) です。この場合は to ではなくて、for または of ですね。
